For efc’s first destination (that sounds so posh!) wedding, we went to Knappogue Castle on the west coast of Ireland. We couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming group, a better venue or better weather.
After the church ceremony, we stopped briefly by the river for a few images with the local swans, then it was off to the castle for the full medieval treatment. All the staff were in full costume and performed throughout the evening, in between the Guinness, the mead, dinner, speeches and so much dancing.
We had the time of our lives and we were working! Imagine how much fun it was for the guests… Well, we hope you don’t have to imagine too hard. Take a look at the images and see for yourselves.
